Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use AECharts. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@aecharts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use AECharts to create or distribute illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to AECharts without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of charts and content you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

AECharts, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

All exports on the free plan include a watermark. Paid plans remove the watermark. Exported files are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by DoDo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@aecharts.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

AECharts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AECharts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AECharts after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, they shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
