How do I export my chart?

Open your chart in the editor, click the Export button in the top right, and choose your format: PPTX, PNG, or MP4. Free plan exports include a watermark. Upgrade to remove it.

Why does my export have a watermark?

Watermarks are included on free plan exports. Upgrade to a paid plan ($19/month or $190/year) to export without a watermark.

How do I import data from Excel or Google Sheets?

In the editor, open the data panel and paste your data directly, or use the import button to connect a Google Sheets URL or upload a CSV or Excel file.

My chart won't export. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page and exporting again. If the problem persists, email us at support@aecharts.com with a description of the issue and which chart type you are using.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Email support@aecharts.com within 7 days of your charge and we will do our best to help.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can use the editor, create charts, and export with a watermark for free. No credit card required.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@aecharts.com with your account email and we will delete your account and associated data.
