AECharts ("we", "us", "our") provides a web-based chart creation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Google account ID

We use this to create and manage your account.

User Content

We store:

  • Charts you create
  • Uploaded datasets (for Pro users)

We do not store exported files (PNG or MP4) after generation.

Analytics Data

We use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Microsoft Clarity

These services may collect information such as device and browser type, pages visited, session duration, interaction data, and IP address. This helps us understand usage and improve the product.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by DoDo Payments. We do not store or process your card details. Billing information is handled directly by the payment provider according to their privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain AECharts
  • Authenticate users
  • Store and retrieve user-created charts
  • Process subscriptions
  • Improve performance and usability
  • Detect abuse or misuse

We do not sell personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate AECharts:

  • Google (authentication and analytics)
  • Microsoft (analytics via Clarity)
  • DoDo Payments (payment processing)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information and stored charts as long as your account is active.

You may request account deletion by emailing avi@aecharts.com. Upon deletion request, associated personal data will be removed unless required for legal or billing obligations.

5. International Users

AECharts is available globally. By using the service, you understand that your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

6. Cookies & Tracking

AECharts does not directly set tracking cookies. However, third-party services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy

AECharts is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
